This downtown Atlanta greeting card features Atlanta’s own Flatiron Building – more formally known as the English-American Building. This smaller twin to the more famous NYC Flatiron is Atlanta’s oldest surviving skyscraper. Of course, by today’s standards it’s not so tall but this Flatiron is a reminder of the Atlanta of yesteryear.
In a city that’s been quietly rebuilding itself for decades, it’s kind of reassuring to know there’s a little bit of history still sprinkled in among the gleaming modern architecture. And this is among my favorite views of the Flatiron Building, nestled amongst the trees for which Atlanta is well-known, a little island of old America.
With the newer skyscrapers as a backdrop and the spring green trees framing the view, this scene from the streets of Atlanta is a taste of the historic architecture and streetscapes of the city.
Greeting Cards – Product Information
Greeting cards are 5″ x 7″ in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. Each card comes with a white envelope.
These greeting cards may be ordered as a single card or in packs of 10 or 25 cards.
