This Georgia metal print features an old rustic barn in North Fulton County. During the years I lived and worked in the Alpharetta area, you could still find a little evidence of the rural community that was once there. I’ve always enjoyed rustic barns and the vernacular architecture of purpose built farm buildings. So I often spent weekends trying to capture these vanishing relics in rapidly urbanizing North Fulton County.
And of course, Autumn in Georgia – especially the northern part of the state, provides a beautiful backdrop to that weathered wood. Those warm golden leaves seem to be sheltering that tired old barn.
This rustic barn print hits the right notes for anyone who loves quaint old farm buildings and autumn colors on the trees.
