This Georgia greeting card features the coastal beauty of St Simons Island Lighthouse. The historic light and keeper’s cottage dating from 1872 were re-built following the Civil War. So it’s a genuine piece of Victorian architecture and is a popular destination for weddings and other functions.

St Simons Lighthouse is one of those postcard-perfect places on the Georgia coast. It’s such a beautiful setting that apparently some people don’t want to leave! Like any proper old place in the south, St Simons Lighthouse has tales of ghosts that go creak in the night! In the case of this old light, it’s a former keeper that is said to have never really left his post.

In fact, this serene print of St Simons Island lighthouse has been popular as a gift for weddings and anniversaries. But there are plenty of us who have no happy memories like that but simply love lighthouses. The cheerful colors of this print and the subject are a lovely combination.

Greeting cards are 5″ x 7″ in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. Each card comes with a white envelope.

These greeting cards may be ordered as a single card or in packs of 10 or 25 cards.
