The Way – Luminescent Surreal 5×7 Greeting Card by Mark Tisdale
The artwork on this luminescent surreal greeting card is titled “The Way.” Ultimately the meaning behind this is a sort of find your fate book. What does it mean to you? Is the bright bubble light a portal? An entry? An exit? Maybe instead of a door it’s a window? A view of something? Deeper understanding so a window in a more esoteric sense? I guess the question becomes is the man in silhouette waiting, watching or going through it?
Although I don’t think that this is anything like his work in appearance, it was somewhat inspired by memories of Scott Mutter’s “Surrational Images” – I had several of his posters that lived on my walls through college and a bit beyond. Those were my first taste of surreal art.

Greeting Cards – Product Information
Greeting cards are 5″ x 7″ in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. Each card comes with a white envelope.
These greeting cards may be ordered as a single card or in packs of 10 or 25 cards.
