Vintage Tybee Island Lighthouse 5×7 Greeting Card by Mark Tisdale.
The artwork on this vintage Tybee Island Lighthouse greeting card was created using photos from my own visit to Tybee Island and the text from a letter my grandfather wrote to my grandmother decades ago. The warm hues from that yellowed letter paper also lend some of their colors to the art on this card. The result is a lighthouse image with a sense of age to it – a very sentimental view.
This Tybee Island lighthouse artwork has been, I will admit, surprisingly popular over the years. I think it’s hard not to love old handwritten letters from days gone by. And of course, lighthouses are a subject many of us are drawn to.
Greeting Cards – Product Information
These 5″ x 7″ greeting cards are printed on premium 100 lb. paper stock for a high-quality, sturdy feel. The exterior features a semi-gloss finish, thanks to a UV protectant coating that enhances the colors. The inside of the card has a smooth, matte white finish, perfect for writing your own message.
You can order the cards plain or with a custom printed message of up to 500 characters. Each card comes with a white envelope, ready for mailing or gift giving. Cards are available for purchase individually or in packs of 10 or 25.
