Hi – this is a page that I’m only sending out to those of you who subscribe to my newsletter so I would like to start off by saying thank you for following my work. I know that your inbox is filled with messages from everyone from the power company to your best friend. I hope you enjoy hearing from me and I try my best to keep it light!

Before I go any further, I want to provide a discount code that’s good until Monday November 29th at 12pm PST.

That button should automatically provide you with a discount but if it fails to work as intended, the code to use is thanks2021 – just put it in the appropriate box during checkout.

The amount of your discount will vary with the item(s) selected, size, etc. You are welcome to share the code with close friends or family.

You’ll only see the discounted amount when proceeding to checkout but it’s on the first page.

That said, I also wanted to give a quick PSA. If you are considering ordering anything that may be a Christmas present this year, please don’t wait around. I say that for ordering from my shop or really anywhere. Living in a small rural community, we order online fairly regularly and I’m already seeing delayed packages. I suspect it’s only going to get worse as we get closer to Christmas. Last year I had several people who ordered a couple of weeks before Christmas who were still waiting for their packages. They were very gracious about it, and still, despite it being out of my control, I felt bad about it.

Normally I provide a shipping deadline and post it on my shop. This year, I’m honestly afraid to make promises. The closer we get to Christmas the more likely you are to have something that just doesn’t make it on time.

If you do order from my shop this Christmas season or anytime, I want to say thank you in advance. I do my best to communicate individually with each person who orders directly through my shop and I hope my gratitude comes through. Your purchase from independent artists like myself mean the world to us. So I would encourage you this season to shop from small businesses, whether it’s mine or that of one of my peers. And I honestly feel that those gifts are more personal and special.

Thanks as always, take care and stay in touch!
