The subject of this Georgia art print is the Tybee Island Fishing Pier on the South Beach at Tybee Island, Georgia. This location is well known to visitors as well as residents of the island. I know personally I loved the views from up on the pier as well as the sight of the fishing pier reaching into the Atlantic ocean.

This black and white print features a long exposure of the ocean that has effectively silenced the waves, the people. There’s a beautiful stillness that focuses attention on the landscape itself and the intersection of the sea, sand, and sky with the pier.
