Vintage Tybee Island Lighthouse Metal Print by Mark Tisdale.

This vintage Tybee Island Lighthouse metal print was created using photos from my own visit to Tybee Island and the text from a letter my grandfather wrote to my grandmother decades ago. The warm hues from that yellowed letter paper also lend some of their colors to this print. The result is a lighthouse print with a sense of age to it – a very sentimental view.

This Tybee Island lighthouse print has been, I will admit, surprisingly popular over the years. I think it’s hard not to love old handwritten letters from days gone by. And of course, lighthouses are a subject that captivate many of us.
