Baroque Architecture Prints

These Baroque architecture prints feature churches and other buildings that follow the Baroque style of architecture. The Baroque period followed the Renaissance and is said to be more dramatic or theatrical in nature. It’s often said to be the style of that most influenced the churches of the new world in what is now Latin America. Certainly, Baroque is a style that is not afraid of ornamentation as many of these prints illustrate clearly. This Baroque wall art captures these subjects both in isolation as well as in some cases in juxtaposition with architecture from other periods including the modern day.
